President's Address
The President expressed joy that we're meeting in person again and thanked the refs.
Treasurer's Address
The society has funds to sustain it for ~8 years at the current rate of expenditure. The Treasurer recommends the new Exec reinstitute the £5 yearly fee so that we more-or-less break even next year. As long as we keep getting free rooms the society is financially stable.
Appointment of Committee
Lisa Liebens stood for President. Seconded by Lex Stuart. Elected by general assent.
Lizzie Jones stood as Secretary. Seconded by Felix Davison. Elected by general assent.
Jon Cooper stood as Treasurer. Seconded by Felix Davison. Elected by general assent.
A social secretary was not appointed.
Next Year's System
Jim Blackshaw put forward Adventurer's College and Felix Davison put forward Unusual Haunts.
After many questions Unusual Haunts was chosen as the next system, 13 votes to 1.
As a result Felix is appointed as head ref and Alex Colesmith is appointed as a ref.
