CLS runs a continuing game over the course of the year, meeting once or twice a week for socialising and adventuring together in a world unlike our own. We also run a number of other events, including one-shot larps, discussion groups, costume-making sessions, and socials. Participation is open to everyone, not just members of the university, and we welcome new members at any point in the year.

The first Interactive of Lent term (welcome back!) will be held at the Unitarian Church Hall on Victoria Street at 7pm on the 16th of January.

We'll be at the 2024 Cambridge University Fresher's Fair, followed by an out of character meet and greet at 7:15pm on Friday the 11th October, location TBD.
The refs would like me to remind everyone to please try to be on time so the game can start as close to 7pm as possible!

The next Linear will be held at 1pm on Saturday the 17th of January at the North end of Grantchester Meadows, with a walking party leaving from outside Queen's at 12:30pm.

There will be a Banquet on the 7th of February at the Emmanuel URC on Trumpington Street! This will involve fancy clothes, good food and lots of dancing. Booking details to follow soon; email rjw76@cantab.net to express interest or submit queries.

Our next game is Norse Angels, a high fantasy game of godlings facing Ragnarok, starting in October 2024. You can read about it here or ask questions about it on the game's discord server.

Announcements

The society is now on hiatus until the start of the next academic year in October, when we'll be playing a new game, Norse Angels.

We'll be at the 2024 Cambridge University Fresher's Fair, followed by an out of character meet and greet at 7:15pm on Friday the 11th October, location TBD.
