President's Address
We will be short on students next year and may have to pay for rooms, in which case we'll need weekly subsidies, roughly £5-10.
Treasurer's Address
The financial situation is good, if the incoming refs need to purchase things for the system the funds are available.
New System Vote
- Open Palms was pitched by Seffie Davison - a 70s occult urban fantasy game.
- Friendship ❤️ Incredible Violence was pitched by Corin Jeffcock - a game of anime tropes trying to escape the Void Of Cancellation.
Open Palms was selected by general assent. Seffie Davison is head referee and Gina Evans and Tom Merriam are referees.
Election of Exec
- Louise Cooper was nominated for President and seconded by Jon Cooper. Elected by general assent.
- Sophia was nominated for Secretary, seconded by Corin Jeffcock. Elected by general assent.
- Corin Jeffcock was nominated for Treasurer, seconded by Seffie Davison. Elected by general assent.
- A social secretary was not appointed.
AOB
- Louise Cooper suggested looking into society T-shirts and there was an advisory poll. The society was broadly in favour.
- Jim Blackshaw was nominated for Honorary Membership by Jon Cooper, seconded by Corin Jeffcock, for "Exceptional contributions to helping other members create their games for the Society". Passed by general assent.
