President's Address
The President said some things.
Treasurer's Address
The Treasurer said some things. The society broke even this year on cash basis, with a small loss if kit depreciation is factored in. The society can sustain this almost indefinitely.
New System Vote
Norse Angels and Lovelace, Tesla and Killer Robots were pitched as systems.
Norse Angels was selected 11-4. Sarah Bewick and Bea Johnson are Head Refs.
Election of Exec
- Lisa Liebens was nominated for President, seconded by Felix Davison. Elected by general assent.
- David Channing was nominated for Secretary, seconded by Jon Cooper. Elected by general assent.
- Jon Cooper was nominated for Treasurer, seconded by Alex Colesmith. Elected by general assent.
- A social secretary was not appointed.
AOB
It was suggested that the Exec should make room in the budget for head ref expenses running a system next year. It was noted that we can do so but this would probably require an increase in the membership next year. This was left for the Exec to consider and no motion was made on the subject.
