Cambridge Larp Society (CLS) organises regular Live Action Role-Playing (larp) events. Larp is a type of role-play where participants physically portray their characters. There are many different kinds of larp, taking place in wide variety of settings, ranging from fantasy and sci-fi to modern day. ==Our Current Game==
 
The current campaign is [http://nfnc.camlarp.co.uk/ "No Flag, No Country"], a game of exploration and discovery set in a mysterious archipelago.

CLS runs a continuing game over the course of the year, meeting once or twice a week for socialising and adventuring together in a world unlike our own. We also run a number of other events, including one-shot larps, discussion groups, costume-making sessions, and socials. Participation is open to everyone, not just members of the university, and we welcome new members at any point in the year.

The first Interactive of Easter term will be held on Friday the 24th of April at 7pm in the Unitarian Church Hall off Victoria Street.

This week, we'll be timing in at 7:30pm sharp. Please try to arrive as close to 7pm as possible to minimise disruption to the game.

The next Linear will take place on Saturday the 15th of March at 1pm at Grantchester Meadows, with a walking party from Queens at 12:30pm.

On the 1st of May, we will be having an AGM! (Location to be confirmed.)
 
 
At the AGM, we'll be voting in a new exec (President, Secretary and Treasurer) as well as a electing a refteam to run the game next year.
 
 
Further to last year's system vote, we will be reviewing which game we play. There will be discussion of how NFNC is doing, and whether we should switch back to TT or vote in a different system entirely.

We're coming to the end of Unusual Haunts, and next year's game will be Norse Angels, a high fantasy game of godlings facing Ragnarok.
Please submit any motions you wish to raise by 1am on Friday the 24th to larp-exec@srcf.net. Declarations of intent to stand for an exec or refteam position have no time limit but are much appreciated; the sooner, the better!
